Rules and Requirements:

• No Group Projects will be accepted.
• Only Two entries per student will be accepted.
• Size Limit 24x36 inches in any dimension of each piece (including sculpture).
• All work must have the entry label, printed out from this page and attached to the front.
• Original & Imaginative. No paint by numbers, no kits, and no copies of other artist's work.
• Works must be dry and ready to hang or display. Pastels and charcoals will not be displayed without a protective cover.
• Framed work must be wired or have appropriate hangers attached.
• Paintings and drawings can be matted, mounted or framed but cannot exceed the 18x24 size.
• Sculpture should be stabilized with instructions and appropriate hardware for display.
• Please sign and title your work. There will be a cash award for Best Title.
• Work must be completed within the past year by Sevier County residents in grades K-12.
• The Arts Council reserves the right to disqualify art that does not conform to the standards set above.
